XLR8 Sports Active Fitness Pack –High School

This pack suits 20 people if all completing the same activity. Or, up to 40  if the class is split into 3-4 groups rotating around different activity stations.

Carefully designed with quality XLR8 equipment to ensure safe and effective sports movement training and conditioning.

Training focus for this pack are footspeed, agility, catching hand speed, short space quickness, evasion,dodging and anaerobic fitness.

No experience required, the instruction resources are super easy to follow.
Drills can be tailored to suits all levels.

  • 12 x 15cm Micro Hurdles - Foot Speed, lateral Speed, Plyometric Hops
  • 1 x 8m Multi Coloured Footspeed Ladder- Balance, Agility, Running, Jumping, Hopping, Dodging
  • 6 x Flat Base Agility Poles - Agility, Dodging, Running  
  • 10 x Reactive Balls - Reactive Speed, Hand Speed, Ball Tracking
  • 10 x Evasion Belts- Agility, Running, Dodging, Reacting

  • 1 x  Kit Bag
