SM41

30cm long 5cm wide high quality latex rubber resistance loop mini bands.

  • Use for hip and butt strengthening,  warm up activation or sports specific lateral speed loading,
  • In the gym add load to squats and toning.
  • Great for lateral hip strength and core stability for rugby players by loading hips and shoulders in prime power position.
  • Add load to lateral movement drills to develop side-stepping skills and defensive agility.

Resistance is determined by band thickness.

  • Green   0.6mm Light Resistance
  • Blue      0.8mm Medium Resistance
  • Red      1mm Heavy Resistance
  • Black    1.2mm X Heavy Resistance
