What should I do if I have changed my mind and want to return a product?
Please notify customer service staff within 60 days of delivery. If refunds are granted, goods must be returned in their original condition, including internal and external packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Are there any items that I am not able to return or exchange?
The following products may only be returned or exchanged if they breach a New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 guarantee.
- Gift Vouchers
- Digital resources
- Hard resources, e.g. DVDs, books etc
- Customised Goods
What happens if I do return my product?
Speed Power and Stability Systems - XLR8 will assess the product's condition. If it is in its original condition, then we will proceed to either:
- Exchange the product
- Offer a refund for the amount of the product(s) being returned
- Offer a store credit in the form of a gift voucher
Do you pay for my return shipping?
The purchaser will incur all postage and handling costs for returned goods. Speed Power and Stability Systems does not take responsibility for returns lost in transit. Please note that you will be required to pay the freight charge for an exchange item to be delivered. We will advise you of the freight charge before the exchanged item(s) are dispatched.
How will I receive payment for my returned product?
When a refund is granted, it will be processed for the original purchase price using your previous payment method. We must record your details in our secure system for loss prevention.
What is a gift voucher store credit?
A gift voucher store credit gives you credit to the value of the goods returned. Once the product has been returned successfully, you may elect to receive a gift voucher (rather than a refund or the option to exchange an item).
If you wish to receive a gift voucher store credit, it is valid for twelve months from the date of issue and will not be redeemable in cash. We will email you a PDF copy of your gift voucher store credit.
Your gift voucher store credit is then redeemable for future orders by shopping online, by email, by phone, or by fax. The voucher's code is all that is required at the time of ordering.
